Pasco / Hernando County Lawyers
Injured? Fired?
Arrested?
We're not a huge
corporate firm or a 1-800 help line. Of course, we have a team of
professionals working on each case, but at crucial stages, each client
meets directly with us. If we don't know your name, we're too busy to
effectively handle your case. That's more than our firm policy, it's our
belief. We're family-owned and represent clients in the areas of personal
injury, employment law, and criminal defense. Our firm is located in New
Port Richey, Florida, and serves clients in Pasco, Hernando, and Pinellas
Counties. In some instances, we will work with you to provide services in
other Florida counties as well. Please read on to learn more about what we
do and why you may need our help.
Reckless behavior and carelessness cause injuries that are always unwanted, untimely, and expensive. When death results, friends and family must cope with the future. With serious injuries, the first goal is to get diagnosed, get treatment, and get healthy. The last thing you want to do is deal with insurance adjusters. Any statements may be used against you and affect the value of your claim. That is where we come into the picture.
Whether someone close to you has lost his or her life, or you or loved one has been injured from an auto collision, motorcycle crash, fall, dog attack, or other type of negligence, we will help you immediately---while you cope. With our guidance, you focus on getting better. We work from day one to get you the money your claim deserves. And remember that not all injuries are physical.
Emotional pain and suffering can be worse than physical pain. Mental anguish can be difficult to relieve, especially when the cause of the stress is beyond your control. Some employers like to believe that their employees don't have much control. They're wrong. Employers owe employees a duty to maintain a workplace free from sexual harassment and discrimination. You can't decide your gender or control the level of respect that others place on your sex. You don't choose the color of your skin or when sickness knocks at your door. You can choose to ask us to help protect your rights. We work with clients to battle employers and supervisors who violate their rights. We handle issues including, but not limited to, sexual harassment, discrimination, breach of contract, retaliation, defamation, and family and medical leave.
The hiring of a criminal defense lawyer does not always involve a client who is bad, immoral, or guilty of a crime. People from many different backgrounds and walks of life have come to our office seeking advice when they have made an uncharacteristic mistake, a lapse of moral judgment, or when the authorities have just plain
"got it wrong".
Not only do we look forward to serving our clients' legal needs, but we also strive to establish a solid relationship between attorney and client that will last beyond the scope of our representation. We know that you may come across others who also need our advice, and that is how we have built our firm.
It's our pleasure to invite you to browse the pages of this site and to personally sit down with you to discuss your legal issues.
Sincerely,
Christine and Michael
